We founded this workshop because the modeling industry can be a confusing, intimidating place for new talent and their families.

By bringing in working industry veterans to teach real, actionable skills, we ensure our students are protected, educated, and completely prepared for future bookings.

Melody Daly

Melody has worked as a Creative Director, Wardrobe Stylist and Graphic Designer since 2010, working with brands such as Tiger Beat and BOP Magazines, J. Lo by Jennifer Lopez, Ford/ Robert Black Agency, Tart Collections, Yandy and more.

Since becoming a mother in 2023, Melody strives to deliver a family-first approach to the Model and Talent Industry that she would expect for her own daughter.

Combining her visual and branding skills along with her insider industry knowledge, Melody now hopes to mold the next generation of models through a kind and educational experience that welcomes aspiring talent without limitations.

Justin Villalobos

Justin has been an educator since 2019 and currently teaches Photography and Analog Photography at Highland High School, where he has developed a thriving Career and Technical Education (CTE) photography program.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Justin is a filmmaker, photographer, and visual storyteller whose work has been featured at Festivals and Won competitions.

He is passionate about helping students develop both their artistic vision and professional skills, inspiring the next generation of creative thinkers and visual artists.

PROFESSIONAL Model & coach

Ashley Sierra

Ashley is a professional model, content creator, and runway instructor with over four years of experience coaching both private clients and large groups.

Having walked the runway in Milan, Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, and Phoenix, she brings real-world industry experience to every class. Her coaching focuses on building confidence, refining runway technique, and preparing models for a variety of casting, fashion show, and commercial environments.

Ashley’s goal is to create a supportive, encouraging space where every model leaves feeling more confident, capable, and ready to step onto any runway or set.
